With today’s heat, if you’re going to be outside for extended periods of time, please remember the following:
- Wear plenty of sunscreen or if able, seek shade
- Keep activities to a moderate level and increase rest periods
- Drink plenty of water every 15 to 20 minutes
- Limit the amount of caffeine and alcohol
- Water! Water! Water!
